How it works · Four phases

A clear process, from first call to interview

Phase 01

Discovery call

“We learn about your career goals, target roles, salary expectations, notice period and what has been working — or not working — in your search so far.”

A free, confidential 20-minute conversation designed to understand where you need support. It is not a career coaching obligation or requirement to proceed.

Discovery questions may include

  • What role or level are you targeting?
  • Which industries or employers interest you?
  • What is your current notice period?
  • How long have you been searching?
  • Where are you getting stuck?
  • What does your current resume look like?
  • How active is your LinkedIn profile?
  • What interview formats make you nervous?
  • What salary or package range are you seeking?
  • Are there non-negotiables such as location or flexibility?

At the end of the call, we explain the likely next step clearly — a focused service, a managed-search package, or a recommendation that Site Bridge is not the right fit.
